DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: The recommended dose is one softgel daily or as directed under medical supervision to achieve a satisfactory folate-maintenance level. Some individuals may require larger doses as determined by a licensed medical practitioner.
Trinsicon® is best absorbed when taken on an empty stomach. During times of medication transition, the amount of Trinsicon® may be increased as per direction of your licensed medical practitioner in order to achieve a “rescue” effect.

What other drugs will affect Trinsicon?
Other drugs may interact with multivitamins with iron, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. Tell each of your health care providers about all medicines you use now and any medicine you start or stop using.
Trinsicon interactions
When this drug applied simultaneously with:
- inhibitors of CYP3A4 (erythromycin, cimetidine) decreased clearance of sildenafil, increasing the concentration of Trinsicon Intra Labs India in plasma.
- indinavir, saquinavir, ritonavir increases the plasma Cmax and AUC of sildenafil, which is due to inhibition of CYP3A4 isoenzyme under the influence of indinavir, saquinavir, ritonavir.
One might expect that stronger inhibitors of isoenzyme CYP3A4, such as ketoconazole or itraconazole would increase the concentration of this medication in the blood plasma.
While the use with nitrates the hypotensive effect of nitrates increases.
There was described a case of rhabdomyolysis symptoms after a single oral dose of sildenafil in patients receiving simvastatin.
