Gastrointestinal effects: have referred, mostly at the beginning of treatment, gastrointestinal disorders (abdominal cramps, epigastric pain, nausea, diarrhea) which usually disappear when drug administration space. Effects on the central nervous system has rarely been reported fatigue, insomnia, irritability, vertigo, dizziness, visual disturbances, drowsiness, in rare cases, seizures. Other: rarely have described peripheral edema, acute renal failure, urinary abnormalities (eg : Hematuria), interstitial nephritis, hypotension, hepatitis, jaundice. Effects on biological parameters: exceptionally elevated transaminases can be observed and altered blood counts (leukopenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia, hemolytic anemia). After prolonged use of the product may manifest themselves secondary effects of corticosteroids: edema, hypokalemia, aseptic necrosis, osteoporosis or bone fractures, gastrointestinal disturbances, pancreatitis, peptic ulcer or intestinal steroid myopathy, stretch marks, acne or other skin disorders, endocrine imbalance ( menstrual irregularities, manifestations of latent diabetes, Cushing’s syndrome), impaired wound healing. History of hypersensitivity to any component of the product, or NSAIDs, patients whose asthma attacks, hives or allergic rhinitis are intensified by aspirin or other prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors, pregnancy, lactation, active gastrointestinal ulcer, liver or kidney failure severe decompensated heart failure, severe hypertension, bacterial infections (except when administered concomitantly appropriate antibiotics or chemotherapy), viral infections, systemic fungal infections, acute psychosis, glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, osteoporosis, blood dyscrasias, bone marrow depression, psoriasis, hepatic porphyria, ongoing treatment with anticoagulants, under age 15, gout. -Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or local anesthetics of the amide group.
