An indication is a term used for the list of condition or symptom or illness for which the medicine is prescribed or used by the patient. For example, acetaminophen or paracetamol is used for fever by the patient, or the doctor prescribes it for a headache or body pains. Now fever, headache and body pains are the indications of paracetamol. Tablet: Usual recommended daily dosage is 1 tab 3 times a day or as per doctor's advise.
For treatment during pregnancy, 1 tab daily is recommended.
Injection: In severe cases, 1 amp a day by IM injection, at best by slow intragluteal, until the disappearance of the acute symptoms. In milder cases and for follow-up treatment, 1 amp 2-3 times weekly. Because the possibility of sensitization against vitamin B1, IV injection of Edruplex should be made cautiously and slowly, preferably in the form of infusion.
