Fonzylane Uses |

Fonzylane is indicated in the treatment of intermittent claudication, ischemic rest pain and trophic disorders or skin ulcerations due to chronic arterial insufficiency, as well as in Raynaud’s disease, Raynaud’s syndrome and other vasospastic disorders such as livedo and acrocyanosis.
Fonzylane is further indicated in the treatment of signs and symptoms often associated with either chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency or aging:
•vertigo, tinnitus, dizziness
•intellectual deterioration
•changes in personality and socio-familial behavior
•insomnia
•loss of memory, especially recent memory
•loss of concentration
•disorientation

Adult: 300-600 mg daily.

Adult: Up to 200 mg daily by slow IV Inj or up to 400 mg daily by IV infusion.
f you simultaneously delivering hypotensive drugs, especially reserpine-based, it should be borne in mind that LAMURAN acts potentiating effect, often making it necessary to reduce the dose.
The drug is’ generally well tollerated.however in some rare cases, dizziness, hypotension, sweating, flushing, after rapid intravenous injection and administration of high doses (over 20 mg). These events are avoided for the most ’injecting the drug slowly and following the recommended doses. It ’was also’ occasionally signaled the onset of mental confusion, tachycardia, nausea, allergic reactions.
In case of heart disease or other disorders may require general cessation of therapy.
Known hypersensitivity to the component.
Serious heart disease.
Haemorrhagic syndrome or intracranial hypertension.
Decompensated heart failure, valvular stenosis, significant reduction of pulmonary circulatory bed, glaucoma. Primi three months of pregnancy.
During or within two weeks after treatment with MAOIs.
