During pregnancy patients should avoid prolonged use of Dol P.C. India Pharma because the risk of addiction in the fetus and the occurrence of withdrawal in the neonatal period.

If necessary using in lactation (breastfeeding) should be aware that tramadol in small amounts excreted in breast milk. In the case of long-term treatment can not been excluded the possibility of drug dependence.

Dol P.C. India Pharma is not recommended for treatment of withdrawal syndrome drugs.

Patients need to avoid combination with MAO inhibitors.

During the period of treatment with Dol P.C. India Pharma you should avoid to take alcohol.

Tramadol in the form of long-acting formulations should not be used in children under the age of 14 years.

During the period of tramadol using is not recommended to engage in activities that require special attention, speed of psychomotor reactions.

Sinifev breastfeeding

Due to low levels in breast milk, short half-life, and therapeutic administration directly to infants at doses much higher than those excreted in breast milk, use is considered acceptable in nursing mothers; however, according to some manufacturers, use is not recommended. Limited published reports indicate that following oral administration, this drug is present in human milk at relative infant doses of 0.06% to 0.6% of the maternal weight-adjusted daily dose.

AU: Use is not recommended. UK and US: Caution is recommended. Excreted into human milk: Yes (in small amounts) Comments: This drug has been used without apparent harmful effects in the nursing infant.
