Toclase indications

THIS MEDICINE IS NOT RECOMMENDED in combination with drugs causing a reaction with alcohol Antabuse (disulfiram, certain antibacterial, antifungal some), the central nervous system depressants (antidepressants, antihistamines, anxiolytics, neuroleptics, opioids, some antihypertensive drugs), drugs for the treatment of diabetes (chlorpropamide, glibenclamide, glipizide, insulin, metformin, sulphonylureas).

Toclase side effects

  • More rarely somnolence, urinary retention, impaired accommodation, increased viscosity of bronchial secretions, tachycardia, mental confusion or excitement in the elderly.

    This medication is not recommended cons in the following situations:

    * Allergy to any component,

    * Respiratory failure,

    * Cough in asthmatic

    * Risk of glaucoma angle closure,

    * Risk of urinary retention due to disorders urétroprostatiques,

    Due to the presence of sucrose, glucose, drug-cons is indicated in cases of fructose intolerance, malabsorption of glucose and galactose or sucrase-isomaltase.

    RECOMMENDED:

    * This medicine contains 1.17 grams of alcohol per tablespoon. It is not recommended in patients with liver disease, alcoholism, epilepsy, as well as among pregnant women.

    * Pregnancy: there is no reliable data on teratogenesis in animals. Clinically, there is currently no adequate data to evaluate a possible effect of malformation or citrate pentoxyvérine fetotoxic when administered during pregnancy.
