Amphotericin B, Heparin, Sulfadiazine, Cephalotin, Cloxacillin, since the topical application of Gentamicin (Topicomb-T) with those agents may cause obvious and apparent precipitation in the conjunctival sac.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the formula; virus, herpes, chickenpox, immunosuppression, active tuberculosis, Cushing’s disease; Luetic dermatitis, pruritus ani, ruptured eardrum.
