Acetaminophen (Tiffy Dey) is a pain reliever and fever reducer.
Chlorpheniramine (Tiffy Dey) is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.
Phenylephrine (Tiffy Dey) is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).
Acetaminophen (Tiffy Dey), Chlorpheniramine (Tiffy Dey), and Phenylephrine (Tiffy Dey) is a combination medicine used to treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.
Acetaminophen (Tiffy Dey), Chlorpheniramine (Tiffy Dey), and Phenylephrine (Tiffy Dey) may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Phenylephrine (Tiffy Dey) is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion (stuffy nose).
The combination of paracetamol, Chlorpheniramine (Tiffy Dey), and Phenylephrine (Tiffy Dey) is used to treat runny or stuffy nose, sinus congestion, sneezing, and pain or fever caused by allergies or the common cold.

How should I use Tiffy Dey?
Use Acetaminophen (Tiffy Dey)/Chlorpheniramine (Tiffy Dey)/Phenylephrine (Tiffy Dey) effervescent tablets as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
- Take Acetaminophen (Tiffy Dey)/Chlorpheniramine (Tiffy Dey)/Phenylephrine (Tiffy Dey) effervescent tablets by mouth with or without food. If stomach upset occurs, take with food to reduce stomach irritation.
- Do not chew or swallow the tablet. Place the tablet(s) in a glass and add about 4 oz/120 mL of cold water. Allow the tablet to dissolve completely; then drink all of the liquid. Rinse the container with an additional small amount of water and drink the contents to ensure the entire dose is taken.
- Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- If you miss a dose of Acetaminophen (Tiffy Dey)/Chlorpheniramine (Tiffy Dey)/Phenylephrine (Tiffy Dey) effervescent tablets and you are taking it regularly, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.

Usual Adult Dose for Cold Symptoms:
Acetaminophen (Tiffy Dey)/Chlorpheniramine (Tiffy Dey)/Phenylephrine (Tiffy Dey) varying strength oral kit:
Day time tablets (without Chlorpheniramine (Tiffy Dey)): 2 tablets every 4 hours not to exceed 8 tablets daily.
Night time tablets: 2 tablets every 4 hours no sooner than 4 hours after the last day time dose not to exceed 4 tablets daily.
