Tremarit (or methixene) is a anticholinergic used as an anti-parkinson drug.

Tremarit interactions
The association with other psychoactive drugs requires special caution and vigilance by the physician to avoid unexpected side effects from interaction. n particular, when administered concomitantly with a phenothiazine Tremarit, must not exceed the total daily dose of 15 mg.
Tremarit side effects
Early treatment may experience constipation, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, tachycardia, mild visual problems, a sense of excitement: these events usually disappear with the progress of treatment.
However, if they persist, you should gradually reduce the dose up to a limit well tolerated, maintained for a certain period of time and then increase again with caution.
Half an hour to one hour after administration of a single dose of 10-15 mg may occur nausea, abdominal distension, weakness, fatigue.

Tremarit contraindications

Acute poisoning with hypnotics analgesics tricyclic antidepressants, anticonvulsant drugs (antispasmodics), means for allergy (antihistamine), psychotropic drugs and alcohol.
Untreated glaucoma (angle closure glaucoma)
Constipation (intestinal atony).
Mechanical narrowing (stenosis) in the area of the gastro-intestinal tract.
Colon extensions (megacolon).
