What is Tolfrinic?
Treating and preventing low levels of iron in the blood caused by certain types of anemia. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Tolfrinic is a combination of iron, vitamins, folic acid, and a stomach absorption substance. It also contains senna, which is a laxative. Tolfrinic works by replacing iron, certain vitamins, and folic acid in your body. The stomach absorption substance helps the body to absorb Tolfrinic. The senna is used to treat constipation that may be caused by the iron in Tolfrinic.

When this drug applied simultaneously with:
- inhibitors of CYP3A4 (erythromycin, cimetidine) decreased clearance of sildenafil, increasing the concentration of Tolfrinic Intra Labs India in plasma.
- indinavir, saquinavir, ritonavir increases the plasma Cmax and AUC of sildenafil, which is due to inhibition of CYP3A4 isoenzyme under the influence of indinavir, saquinavir, ritonavir.
